The Challenge

Tutu School needed a way to provide franchise owners with social media content to streamline their online presence and branding across all 100+ locations.

Their franchise philosophy is about being in business for yourself, but not by yourself, so it was imperative for leadership to be able to easily support franchisees by providing branded social media content on a regular basis.

The Objectives

  • Increase the efficiency of franchise-wide content sharing to support owners and to ensure brand consistency

  • Create content that conveys Tutu School’s values of welcoming, celebrating, and supporting all students in dance

  • Foster authentic, organic engagement with their audiences across all social media platforms

The Solutions

  • Crafted a weekly email template containing three to five social media posts and captions, and a monthly look-ahead email template containing upcoming dates, themes, and cultural observances

  • Conducted monthly social media reports to track audience growth, engagement, and reach

  • Ensured all copy and photography choices aligned with Tutu School’s commitment to welcome, celebrate, and support all students

  • Established a system for collecting user-generated content and coordinating permissions with parents

The Results

  • Reached 709,451 people across Facebook and Instagram in 2023 on their main brand account with a 46.8% increase on Instagram from 2022

  • Grew their main brand Instagram account by 850+ followers from Dec. 2021

  • Produced nearly 600 pieces of social media content for the franchise (this does not include the social media content for the brand studios we manage)

  • Sent more than 130 franchise-wide emails containing social media content and captions

  • Saved the corporate team 35 hours a month producing content
